With the addition of 3D imaging technology, we can identify issues that are invisible to the naked eye.

Our Certified personnel use advanced Infrared Camera Technology (ICT) to inspect and assess roofs and building envelopes. ICT can detect variances in temperature and moisture, enabling personnel to find:

heat loss
electrical problems
missing insulation
moisture intrusion
water damage

The area of wet insulation is much larger than expected. Thermal imaging takes the guess work away. This was outlined with marking paint for repair crews.
This area wasn’t leaking yet. It was repaired before any water intrusion into the building caused interior damage and disrupted tenants.
Suspected air leakage in the upper metal-clad portion of this building. The lower brick veneer portion has a consistent thermal pattern, indicating a good quality envelope.
Missing insulation discovered. Wall cavity was full of frost. If not found and repaired, this would have lead to serious issues when the frost melted during warm weather.
Energy loss is evident. Further investigation determined that the air barrier was not properly sealed, resulting in a breach and energy loss.
High resistance electrical connection. Much warmer than similar connections, which may lead to catastrophic failure if not corrected.

Preventative Maintenance
